The tournament will take place in Muscat, Oman from 9th to 12th February 2026. Participants arrive on 7th February 2026 and depart on 13th February 2026. Golf games will be held from 8th February to 12th February 2026 (inclusive).

Muscat International Airport is the closest airport to the event.

Registration deadline for KSI (Khoja Shai Ithanasheri) members is 15th December 2025. Registration deadline for non-KSI golfers is 31st December 2025.

The tournament is limited to 72 playing golfers on a first come, first served basis. Registration will close once 72 golfers have registered.

Yes, non-KSI golfers can participate if spaces remain after the registration deadline. If you know non-community golfers interested in joining, you can send their request to the organizers.

Entry fee for golfers is $1,300 on a sharing basis or $1,650 for single occupancy. Entry fee for non-golfers is $700 on a sharing basis or $1,050 for single occupancy.

The entry fee includes 6 nights’ accommodation (7th to 13th February 2026) on a sharing basis, bed and breakfast, transport to and from the hotel and golf courses, golf carts, green fees, and opening and closing ceremony attendance.

Dinners, flights, airport transfers, and sightseeing activities are not included in the entry fee.

Yes, a single occupancy supplement of an additional $350 is available for golfers ($1,300 + $350 = $1,650 total). Non-golfers pay $1,050 for single occupancy.

Payment confirmation final date is 31st December 2025. Only registered and paid golfers will be confirmed as participants.

Yes, any additional costs for extra nights or suite upgrades can be arranged directly with the hotel.

Approximately USD 1 = 0.29 Oman Riyal, or Oman Riyal 1 = USD 2.6.

Participants will stay at the Movenpick Hotel & Apartments Ghala in Muscat.

On the registration form, please advise who you wish to share with, and the organizers will allocate accordingly.

Yes, golfers may bring their families and/or friends before, during, and after the event. They can stay at the same hotel and be part of the group. There is no limit on the number of family members/friends who can attend.

Non-golfers pay $700 on a sharing basis or $1,050 for single occupancy for the period 7th February 2026 to 13th February 2026.

Three outings are organized for non-golfers: (1) Half-day local Grand Mosque and Amuaj Perfume Factory visits with guides, (2) Half-day Souk Matra with guides, and (3) Full-day trip to Nizwa (about 2 hours from Muscat) with history and attractions.

Please send the request for families with names, relationship to participant, and whether they are over or under 12 years old.

The tournament will be played over 4 rounds. The scoring format is Stableford, with the best 2 out of the first 3 rounds plus the 4th round counting towards the final score.

There are 3 divisions equally split based on handicaps, with 20 players in each division. The 20 lowest handicaps form A division, 20 mid-handicaps form B division, and 20 highest handicaps form C division.

The maximum handicap is 24 for men and 28 for women. The tournament will be played on ¾ of the handicap.

Individual handicaps must be from a recognized Handicap System such as Grint, VPAR, or HNA.

Yes, this is a men’s event and all participants will play from the men’s tees and qualify for the main prizes. However, if there are enough ladies and juniors interested, separate events may be organized for them subject to numbers, which will be announced after registration is completed.

Ladies will play for separate ladies prizes. Juniors will play with local caddies/guides per group, will not have carts, and will walk all four days.

The courses are: Al Mouj Golf Club (Charity event and Round 4), Gala Golf Club (Rounds 1 and 3), and Lavie Golf Club (Round 2).

7th February – Check-in; 8th February – Charity event and opening ceremony; 9th-12th February – Golf rounds 1-4; 13th February – Departure.

The closing ceremony will be held after the final round at Al Mouj Golf Club on 12th February 2026.

Yes, apart from the opening, closing, and golf rounds, all participants are free to do as they wish.

Prizes include: Overall Winner, Overall Runner-up, Gross Winner, A/B/C Division Winners and Runners-up, Seniors Winner (Over 60s), Daily winners (Days 1-4), and daily Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive prizes.

You will be eligible to win one of the main trophies, as the organizers want to share prizes among as many players as possible. The same rule applies for daily Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive prizes.

At the time of registration, please advise whether you will be renting a car or requiring transport to/from the golf courses and hotel. Transport to and from the hotel and golf courses is included in the entry fee.
